Green Pilaf with Spinach Recipe
It became warmer, and the first greenery appeared in the garden. Every year I cook this "pilaf" as soon as the spinach grows. It is suitable for a side dish, it can be made as an independent dish, and for men it can be made with meat. Children eat up for both cheeks) Cook in a slow cooker on the "Frying" program for about 35-40 minutes.

- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 bunch Green Onion
- 2 bunches Spinach
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 3 teaspoons Butter
- Vegetable oil for fry
Instructions

- We put the slow cooker on the "Frying" mode, the time is 35-40 minutes, pour a little vegetable oil on the bottom of the bowl and fry onions and carrots until half-cooked with the lid open. Then season with salt and pepper to taste. You can take any, I have paprika, pepper and coriander. We also send finely chopped garlic and a small piece of butter there. Stir and fry a little more
- Rinse the rice until the water is transparent and put it in the bowl of a slow cooker with onions and carrots. Lightly fry it until golden brown. Do not close the lid!
- Pour 4.5 cups of water. The water should cover the rice by about a finger. Add salt to taste. Now close the lid. I do not change the program and cook in the "frying" mode, but if you want, switch to stewing. Periodically open the lid and stir.
- Spinach, green onion and parsley cut not very finely. I would add dill, but it hasn't grown yet.)
- When the rice is almost ready, add the greens and stir. It will seem that there is a lot of it, but it will shrink and fit all) Close the lid and bring it to readiness. Before serving, it is better to let the rice brew for a couple of minutes so that excess moisture is absorbed into the rice and it becomes crumbly.
