Italian-Style Potatoes Recipe
Potatoes in Italian are a very tasty and flavorful side dish. Lemon, garlic and basil are perfectly combined with each other and give the dish a firework of flavors and aromas! The potatoes are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Ingredients
- 800 gram Potato
- 1 piece Lemon zest
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 2 pinch Black pepper
- 5 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes. 2. Cut the potatoes into pieces. 3. Put the potatoes in a hot frying pan, season it with salt, ground black pepper, basil, and mix. Add 3 cloves of unpeeled garlic.
- 5. Fry on high heat until the crust is fried, stirring occasionally. 6. 3 minutes before the end of cooking, add 2 cloves of squeezed garlic and grated lemon zest on a coarse grater. Turn down the heat, cover and simmer.
