In my recipe, everything is prepared simply and quickly. If desired, you can add other vegetables - carrots, zucchini, eggplant, cabbage, etc.

- Wash potatoes well, do not peel, cut in half, pepper - into 4 parts, tomatoes - whole. Set a stand on the coals, put a cauldron on it, pour in the oil, put the potatoes, peppers and tomatoes. Add salt and paprika. Fry, turning everything separately (do not mix the vegetables) and cover with a lid until ready. Remove the finished vegetables.
