- 1 kg Chicken fillet
- 4 cloves Garlic

- 1 tablespoon Curry
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- Allspice to taste

- For the gravy: cut the onion into cubes and fry until soft, add curry, salt and sour cream, water. For minced meat: chop the chicken and garlic in a blender or meat grinder. Add eggs, curry, black pepper, cinnamon and salt. Mix the minced meat and form meatballs. Put the meatballs in the pan and simmer under the lid until tender.
