- 1 kg Onion
- 400 gram Beef (boneless, or any lean meat)
- 250 gram Carrot
- 250 gram Mayonnaise
- salt, sugar ( to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar essence

Instructions
- Cut the onion into thin rings. I cooked half the usual meal.
- Boil beef and carrots and cool. Cool the meat in the broth so that it does not curdle. Cut the meat into small cubes.
- Just cut the carrots into cubes and add them to the meat.
- Add salt to the salad to taste, add sugar and lemon juice. Add finely chopped dill. Season with mayonnaise and mix well.
