Incredibly tasty, hearty and interesting dish!! A set of products that are always (or almost always)) available and a stunning result. Perfect for a filling Breakfast, snack, alternatively "the your ordering" in the street or simply on a picnic. Try it, you will not regret.
Onions cut and fry in vegetable oil. Add the tomato to it (pre-peeled and sliced). Cook over medium heat, covered.
When the tomato is a little "disperse", evaporate the excess liquid (remove the lid and increase the temperature). In the photo the final version, which should have turned out.
The tomato mass to be sent to the blender. Add salt, pepper, garlic and Basil. Carefully grind.
Bread cut into pieces about 3 cm in thickness, not less. Dip in milk on both sides, squeeze a little and spread them the bottom of the form.
Leave about 3-4 tablespoons of tomato mass, and the rest spread on bread.
Cheese grate on a grater and spread half of the total weight...
Repeat the layer of bread, but the pieces are now about 1.5 cm thick. Don't forget to dip the bread in the milk.
On top of the bread is a layer of cheese (second half). After adding the remaining tomato mass.
Eggs, beat with milk (approx. 30 - 50 ml), literally a minute. Pour the resulting mixture of our casserole.
Send in a preheated 170 * oven for 45-55 minutes (guided by your oven). Casserole should be browned and rise (increase in volume).
Take out and leave on the table for 30 minutes to cool down a little.
The casserole really turns out very tasty and nutritious, try it.
