Peach Caprese Recipe
Caprese is usually made from tomatoes and mozzarella. This easy-to-prepare and pleasant snack has long been elevated to the rank of national. For those who are tired of the classic version of the salad, I suggest preparing an appetizer with peaches, nectarines and ham.

- Spices (salt, pepper, Italian herbs to taste)
Instructions
- Remove the stone from the peach and nectarine. Cut into slices 4-5 mm thick.
- Cut the mozzarella into 5 mm thick slices .
- In the presence of a blender, the preparation of the sauce boils down to the fact that all the components (basil leaves, lemon juice, spices) are immersed in a blender bowl, poured with oil and whipped for 1-2 minutes.
- That's what we have.
- Place peach slices, nectarine, mozzarella slices, ham and basil leaves on a dish in a chaotic order. Pour the dressing over the salad, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the salad with balsamic cream.
