- Now we collect the salad. We put a cooking ring on a plate, spread the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, lubricate with mayonnaise, then a layer of dried fruits and nuts, also lubricated with mayonnaise, on top-grated cheese. All the salad is ready, you can serve immediately. I got three of these servings. If there is no ring, then you can collect it in a transparent salad bowl or just on a plate.
