I didn't even think that a salad made essentially from one ingredient could be so delicious. Very easy to prepare.

  1. Prepare all the ingredients. Wash the greens and vegetables and dry them (excess water in the salad is not needed).

  2. Preparation of the gas station. In the plate in which the salad will be served, grate the ginger root on the smallest grater (I take a block 2-3 cm long), remove the zest from a quarter of lime with the same grater. Add lime juice, sesame oil (for flavor) and olive oil (to compensate for the acid), and soy sauce instead of salt. Mix thoroughly and be sure to try for salt and acid.Prepare some nice additions at the same time. Cut the coriander leaves from the stems, chop the chili (removing the seeds), fry the sesame seeds in a frying pan.

  3. Using the slider, cut cucumbers into long thin strips on a plate with dressing, cut into bones (they give too much moisture) from four sides. Then add the cooked cilantro leaves, chili pepper and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
