    Instructions
    
                - Cut the caps into thin plates. I used onions as onions, it is better to use red onions. Cut the onion into thin half rings. For the sauce, mix vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. In a bowl, add the chopped caps and onions and pour the sauce. Mix well, cover the bowl with clingfilm and refrigerate overnight.
