Pour the oil into the pan, pour out the rice and fry until Golden (if the rice is not steamed, it is better to wash it and fry until it turns white and starts to turn Golden)
Fill the rice with water so that the water covers the rice 1 cm higher. We wait until the water is at the same level with the rice, then cover with a lid and wait for full readiness (in 15-20 minutes it will be fully ready)
We cut the fish into fillets, make sure to get all the bones (I do this with tweezers) and cut the fillet into cubes.
Pour the oil (if the salmon or other red fish is very fat, then you can not add the oil) into the pan and fry the fillet.
Add the fried fillet to the rice, mix and cover again.
Cut the leeks
Preheat the pan with oil very strongly, throw the leeks into it and fry quickly until soft and slightly Golden.
Portioned spread the salmon with rice, put the leeks on top, then pour the Teriyaki sauce (in a thin stream, as shown in the video) and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
