Cut off the edges of the zucchini, grate on a coarse grater. Squeeze out the excess juice with your hands.
Pour olive oil into a deep frying pan, squeeze out 1-2 cloves of garlic through a press. Put the grated zucchini in the heated oil along with the garlic. Add salt, stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic (1-2 cloves), salt, pepper (mix with a whisk).
After frying, cool the zucchini. And then add them to the yogurt.
Finely chop the dill, add to the salad. Mix it. You can also add pistachios or walnuts, peeled and finely chopped.
