Ingredients
- 8 gram Agar-agar
- 100 milliliters Water
- 300 gram Strawberries fresh or frozen
- Fructose to taste or without
Instructions
- This marmalade is very light and easy to prepare. and most importantly, all the useful properties of berries and vitamins are preserved! Soak the agar-agar in 100 g of water for 30-40 minutes.
- Chop the berries with a blender. As an example, I took strawberries, and you can take any berries and fruits.
- Mix the strawberry mixture with agar-agar. If desired and to taste, you can add any sweetener: fructose, stevia, honey or just sugar. Usually I add fructose (4 tsp.). A big benefit) Put on fire and warm up until the first bubbles appear at the edges, turn down the heat and boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off and let the marmalade cool down a little.
- Pour into molds and refrigerate. After 15-20 minutes, healthy snacks are ready.
