Potatoes should preferably be of the same size, peeled and boiled almost to readiness :potatoes should not be overcooked. I cut the potatoes into two parts, dry, cut off the tops so that the potatoes can be put on a baking sheet.
On the other side of the potato, cut out the middle or take out the potatoes with a teaspoon in another bowl.
Place the potatoes in a baking tray (do not grease or baking paper )if in doubt. I have a stone baking sheet.
Boiled eggs, cheese grate on a coarse grater (leave a little cheese for sprinkling on top) I mixed only egg yolks with potatoes +butter+mayonnaise, salt, pepper to taste.
You can add mushrooms or a little garlic.
Mix everything well with a fork without lumps, I scrolled on a blender.
Fill the potatoes with the filling, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Place in the oven for 200" until golden brown.
