Stuffed Potatoes Recipe
The recipe was shared by a friend, slightly changed the components of the recipe. Cook-15-20 minutes to cook, 20 minutes in the oven. I cooked for two. It can be served as an independent dish with different salads. For the festive table, it's up to you.

  1. Potatoes should preferably be of the same size, peeled and boiled almost to readiness :potatoes should not be overcooked. I cut the potatoes into two parts, dry, cut off the tops so that the potatoes can be put on a baking sheet. On the other side of the potato, cut out the middle or take out the potatoes with a teaspoon in another bowl.
