Potatoes should preferably be of the same size, cleaned and boiled until almost ready: potatoes should not be digested. I cut the potatoes into two parts, dry, cut the tops so that the potatoes can be put on a baking sheet.
On the other side of the potato cut the middle or teaspoon in another bowl to remove the potatoes.
Put the potatoes in a baking sheet (do not grease or baking paper )if in doubt. I have a stone pan.
Boiled eggs, cheese grate on a coarse grater (a little cheese leave to sprinkle on top) I mixed only the yolks with potatoes +butter+mayonnaise, salt, pepper to taste.
You can add mushrooms or a little garlic.
All mix well with a fork without lumps, I scrolled on the blender.
Fill potatoes with filling, sprinkle with remaining cheese on top.
Put in the oven for 200 deg until Golden brown.
