The recipe was shared by a friend, slightly changing the components of the recipe. Cook - 15-20 minutes until tender, 20 minutes in the oven. It can be served as an independent dish with various salads.
Potatoes should preferably be the same size, peeled and boiled almost to readiness: potatoes should not be overcooked. I cut the potatoes into two parts, dry them, cut off the tops so that the potatoes can be put on a baking sheet.
On the other side of the potato, cut out the middle or put a teaspoon in another bowl to remove the potatoes.
If in doubt, put the potatoes on a baking sheet (do not lubricate with oil and do not use baking paper). I have a stone frying pan.
Grate boiled eggs and cheese on a coarse grater (leave a little cheese to sprinkle on top) I mixed only egg yolks with potatoes + butter + mayonnaise, salt, pepper to taste.
You can add mushrooms or a little garlic.
Mix everything well with a fork without lumps, I scrolled on a blender.
Fill the potatoes with the filling, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Place in the oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
