Instructions
- It is very difficult to specify the exact amount of ingredients. Always do it by eye. We prepare the ingredients: tomatoes are washed, peeled and my garlic, the rest of the products are taken out so that they are at hand.
- Cut the bread into slices, then each slice in half, and then another half so that each has 4 slices. So, cut the right amount of bread.
- Then the bread is fried on both sides in a frying pan with a little oil until golden brown.
- Put the bread base for the canapé on a dish / plate (you can cover it with a napkin or paper towel so that the excess oil goes away), let it cool, then rub each piece with garlic.
- Cut the tomatoes into slices and put them on top of the bread.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle tomatoes on top.
- Spread the cheese with mayonnaise.
- Ready!
