- Beans are put in a saucepan, sprinkled with salt and poured with hot water. Bring to a boil and fill with water. Put butter on the beans . Oil can be added at will and to your taste any, sunflower or olive. Garlic is crushed, poured into a saucepan with beans and mixed. Juicy, fragrant side dish is ready.
