- 200 gram Bread (Ciabatta or other similar bread)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 50 ml Vinegar
- 1 twig Basil
- salt, sugar to taste

- Wash the tomatoes of different varieties of small size and cut them in half. Put it in a bowl, add salt, pepper and sugar. Pour over the grape vinegar and olive oil and add the crushed garlic clove. Let stand until the juice appears. Stir. Cut or tear the bread into small pieces and fry in a pan, dripping with olive oil, until crisp. Add the sliced Basil to the tomatoes and mix with the crunchy bread slices.
