- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 12 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 4 pieces Onion
- 170 gram Adygean cheese

Instructions
- Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the vegetables over high heat or slightly above medium, but so that they are not soft. Mix the peppers and onions with a spatula, fry the tomatoes on both sides for about a minute. Vegetables should preferably be in one layer. I do it on two pans. Put the finished vegetables in one pan to keep them warm longer while we fry the cheese.
