White Bean Spread Recipe
Delicious, healthy and satisfying bean pate with onion and Apple can be served as a snack or used for sandwiches.

  1. Cut the onion into small cubes.

  2. In a preheated pan, melt the butter. Pour out the onion and fry for 2 minutes. Dice the peeled Apple from the skin, add to the onion. Add Bay leaf, allspice, cloves, marjoram, salt and pepper to taste. Fry over low heat, occasionally adding water, until the onion is Golden and the Apple is soft.
    In a preheated pan, melt the butter. Pour out the onion and fry for 2 minutes. Dice the peeled Apple from the skin, add to the onion. Add Bay leaf, allspice, cloves, marjoram, salt and pepper to taste. Fry over low heat, occasionally adding water, until the onion is Golden and the Apple is soft.

  4. From the fried onion with Apple, choose spices (Bay leaf, sweet peas, cloves). Add to the beans. Twist again so that the pieces of onion and Apple come across. Try on salt and pepper, season to taste. Transfer to a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. It is better to do it in the evening and leave it for the night. Remove from the refrigerator before serving. You can spread it on bread, tortillas or loaves.
