- 80 gram Chickpea

- Bean and Chickpeas should be filled with water for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Drain the water. Then pour fresh water and cook until tender, adding salt at the end (beans are cooked for about an hour and a little, chickpeas for about 1.5 hours). I soak and cook separately. Save the water in which the beans and chickpeas were cooked.
