  1. Everything is prepared simply and quickly. I took the chicken legs. We do not remove the skin. In a bowl with mayonnaise, squeeze out the garlic, combine. Legs rubbed with salt and smeared completely with mayonnaise and garlic. Pushed it aside. Let them stand and marinate.

  2. Preparing everything for porridge. Finely chop the garlic and cut the onion at random, as you like. Pour the oil into the pan. I use olive oil, which can be replaced with sunflower oil. Warm it and spread the finely chopped garlic. In a minute, the onion. Golden onions, not fried.

  3. We will need a high form. I took a ceramic 20x20x6 cm. We'll still need skewers. I have form is about 25 cm long. I will need 4 skewers to put the hams on them and they will not spin. If you do not have such skewers, you can use wooden ones, first soaking them in water. On the very bottom of the form, spread the fried onion with garlic. Spread the buckwheat evenly on it. Buckwheat, depending on the manufacturer, I sometimes wash, and sometimes-not. I didn't need it today. In a bowl of some kind, stir in the water salt and turmeric. Add salt and turmeric to taste. I recommend that you do not give up turmeric. This is useful and buckwheat will be a beautiful color, a little Golden. We take the liquid to the buckwheat in the ratio of 1 to 2! Pour the liquid carefully into the mold.

  4. Hams need to be skewered so that they do not spin. Look at the photo of how I did it. Spread the hams on top of the form so that they are completely over the buckwheat and the juice that will drip from them in the process, fell on the porridge. It will be delicious. Put in the oven, setting the time-1 hour and T-180 C. After half an hour or so, when the top of the hams is browned nicely, take out the form and turn the hams on skewers to the other side. Finish the dish until ready. It still took me half an hour. I made it in 1 hour. Focus on your oven.
