- 200 gram Salmon (cold smoked or lightly salted)
- 1 piece Avocado
- 100 gram Lettuce leaves
- 1 piece Onion red
- 1-2 pieces Tomato
- 1/2 pieces Lemon
- 1 tablespoon Sesame
- 6 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 piece Orange
- 1 teaspoon Mustard

- To begin with, let's do the dressing: brown the sesame seeds in a dry pan, squeeze the juice out of the orange. Try the juice to taste – if it is too sweet, add a spoonful of lemon juice. Citrus juice, mustard, sesame and olive oil mix well, it is most convenient to do this in a jar, and just before applying the dressing, shake it well, as the sesame floats to the surface.
