Pineapple and chicken salad
First, boil eggs and chicken breast. Cut pineapples and chicken into small pieces. Separate the whites from the yolks and rub them on a grater separately. We also grate the cheese, then start assembling.
Put half of the pineapples in the mold, press and put half the chicken on top, then salt with fine salt, level it again with a press and fill with sour cream. Next, lay out a layer of cheese and refuel with sour cream, after which we lay out half of the grated protein, then add a little salt and lightly season with sour cream and sprinkle with yolk on top, salt and tamp one last time with a press.
We carefully remove the form and our salad is ready!
