Bring the squid to a boil, cook for half a minute (30 seconds!), remove it, and pour cold water over it.
Remove the film, clean the insides, and pull out the "plastic" chord.
Cut the onion into half rings and fry it lightly in butter.
Add to the onion carrots grated on a large grater (you can cut into strips, so it will even be more correct, but then the onion and carrots are immersed in the pan at the same time).
Fry together.
Cut the squid into strips and add to the fried vegetables.
Mix and
pour in the soy sauce. Mix again. Simmer for half a minute. Turn off the fire.
Pepper, add garlic and
greenery. Stir.
Serve better with boiled rice or as a separate dish.
