Instructions
- In the bowl where we will knead the dough, combine the dry ingredients: flour, yeast, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. The milk needs to be warmed up a little. Eggs are broken and placed in another bowl, combined with warm milk. Pour half of the mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix well so that there are no lumps. Add the remaining milk and egg mixture. Connect again.
- If you have dishes where the dough was kneaded, without a lid, then you need to cover it with a towel. I put the lid on. Put the dough in a warm place. I always warm the oven to about t-50 C. Leave the dough for 30-40 minutes in the heat. It will rise. Add apples to the dough. I'll use the local ones. Remove the middle of them and if the skin is thick, then peel the apples. Grate on a grater.
- We send the grated apples to the dough and pour 1 tbsp of sunflower oil there. Pour the oil so that when baking pancakes, do not grease the pan every time. Warm the pan, the pan I have D-22 cm. Pour the dough and bake the pancakes on both sides until a beautiful ruddy color. To bake the first pancake, you can grease the pan a little, then you do not need to do this, there is oil in the dough. From this amount of dough I got 9 pieces of pancakes D~15-16 cm. It is convenient to knead the dough in a bowl with a spout, and then immediately pour the dough from it into a pan for baking pancakes.
