For cooking take the pork chops on the bone. It is ideal to cut a piece of meat not completely, but my "assistant" cut it into separate pieces.
Preparing the marinade. Mix mustard, soy sauce, salt and curry.
RUB the pieces of pork with marinade, cover and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Wash quince, clean from the seeds, cut into segments about 1 cm thick, sprinkle with lemon juice.
In a convenient baking form, put in two layers of foil. Put the marinated pork. If you have a whole piece with cuts, just insert the quince into the cuts. In my case, put the quince between the pieces of pork and around the edges.
Close the foil. Put in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of baking, open the foil so that the meat is browned.
