                - Add yeast (1 pack. granulated yeast). In this recipe, special yeast was used for baking, they have a pinkish hue and a pleasant aroma of fresh pastries. Beat the milk-yeast mixture with a whisk. Cover the container with a towel or wrap it with cling film and put it in a warm place to dissolve the yeast.
 - After a certain time, a cap of small bubbles forms on the surface of the milk-yeast mixture. The dough is ready. Then add the total amount of flour to the mixture. Knead a soft dough. Cover the container with a towel and put it in a warm place for lifting. After it is possible to blunt the cutting of the cake.
