- Wash the broccoli, divide it into inflorescences and put it in salted boiling water for 1 minute, then take it out and cool it. Cut all other ingredients and combine with broccoli. For dressing, mix grape vinegar /or lemon juice/ with vegetable oil, salt, sugar, chopped herbs and garlic /you can add mustard seeds/.
