just imagine: a salad of fresh tomatoes, dressed with olive oil, with fresh basil leaves and tender canned red beans... a delicious salad with a very high protein content (thanks to the beans).
drain the liquid from the beans. put in a salad bowl.
Wash the tomatoes, dry them, and cut them into large cubes. Peel the onion and cut it into thin half-rings. from the basil sprigs, separate the leaves, tear them with your hands or leave them whole.
mix, add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, add olive oil, and mix.
