Vegan Pasta with Red Cabbage Recipe
Such a delicious pasta turned out, just awesome! We could not resist and ground the whole pan in one sitting. Would you like to try it too? Then I'm waiting for a visit. I'll cook it for one or two!

  1. Red cabbage cut into long thin strips, onions-thin semicircles. Fry the onion until golden brown. We send the cabbage to the onion, reduce the heat and simmer until the cabbage is ready. While the cabbage is stewing, we put the spaghetti to cook. I took the spaghetti from durum wheat. For the first time I used these spaghetti and I will say that I really liked their behavior. The package says that you need to cook the spaghetti for 5 minutes, so we will cook for 3 minutes.

  3. Stirring occasionally, warm up the pasta for another couple of minutes. We put it on a plate and... ... and do not notice how it is emptied)
