While the cabbage is stewing, we put the spaghetti to cook. I took the spaghetti from durum wheat. For the first time I used these spaghetti and I will say that I really liked their behavior. The package says that you need to cook the spaghetti for 5 minutes, so we will cook for 3 minutes.
We throw the spaghetti in a colander, but do not pour out all the water, it can be useful. Transfer the spaghetti to the cabbage and onion, mix everything well. Here you can see for yourself, if your inner voice tells you that you need to add water from under the spaghetti-add it. My inner voice told me to add 4 tablespoons of water. So I did.
