Summer Tomato Soup Recipe

  1. Soup is a simple dish, the only condition is good, juicy, preferably homemade tomatoes! So, let's get started: wash the tomatoes, put them in boiling water for a few minutes to easily remove the skin.

  2. Peel the onion from the husk, finely chop, fry until golden brown. Cut the peeled tomatoes into small cubes, add to the onion, add salt and pepper to taste, simmer over medium heat under a lid for 15-20 minutes. Tomatoes will become quite soft. Transfer the resulting tomato puree into a saucepan, add 1 liter of water, bring to a boil.

  4. Serve sprinkled with finely chopped parsley or fresh basil. Very tasty, add a spoonful of pesto sauce, it turns out very exquisite!
