  2. Wash the potatoes, do not peel them. Cook it in salted water in the usual way. Maybe a little overexposed, we can use it. Drain the potatoes, peel them, and rub through a sieve in a large saucepan. You need to wipe it hot, otherwise the potatoes will turn into a ball. If the potatoes are cold, heat them in the microwave.

When all the butter is used up, pour in the hot milk, add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
