  2. Cherry tomatoes cut into quarters, peel the onion and cut into half rings.

  3. Prepare a gas station. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Arugula is washed, dried and spread on a plate, onions are spread on top, then avocado, feta and tomatoes. Pour over the dressing before serving.
