Chicken Thighs in the Oven Recipe

  1. Divide 3 thighs in half, you will get 6 small thighs. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with dried basil and cilantro, dried garlic and other dried herbs with a fan.
    Divide 3 thighs in half, you will get 6 small thighs. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with dried basil and cilantro, dried garlic and other dried herbs with a fan.
  2. Cut the garlic into large slices and put it together with the thighs on a platter. Spread sliced tomatoes, sprigs of fresh dill and parsley, bay leaf on top. Cover with foil and put everything in the oven at 200 degrees until ready. Periodically look around and turn over your hips. At the end, as you will see that the dish has given juice and it has started to boil, remove the foil and leave to stew. We recommend serving with potatoes.
