A quick and Hearty Breakfast in the Microwave Recipe
A rich and quick breakfast. I made it myself from the boiled vegetables that were left over from the evening of making the vinaigrette. If you want, you can add sausage or sausages, but I do not eat them.

  1. I poured a spoonful of butter on the bottom of the mold. Potatoes and carrots were peeled, cut into rings and put in a mold. I poured frozen peas and broke the eggs. I added chopped roots, pepper and salt. I poured a spoonful of butter on top.

  2. I put the mold in the microwave (800 W). I covered it with a special plastic cap so that the eggs would not splash during cooking. Breakfast took almost four minutes to cook in the microwave. Without the hood, breakfast will cook faster, but the eggs will get dirty inside the microwave.
