- Prepare the squid. We will prepare them in a "short" way, which involves pouring boiling water over them. Pour boiling water over the squid, let it stand for half a minute, remove the skin and remove the remaining chord. Rinse with cold water. Again pour the squid with boiling water, leave for a minute.
