Ingredients
- 1 piece Leek
- 1 clove Garlic
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 420 gram bean canned
- 50 gram Walnuts
- 100 gram Green olives
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons Vinegar
- Spices (salt, ground black pepper, a pinch of granulated sugar)
Instructions
- Peel the leek and slice it. Rinse in cold water. Finely chop the garlic.
- In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over high heat, stirring constantly, fry the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
- Coarsely chop the walnuts.
- Mix the beans without liquid, olives (I cheated and bought already chopped), nuts, leeks (warm, do not wait until it cools down). To prepare the dressing, mix olive oil, wine vinegar, add a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Season the salad warm, stir and leave to soak for at least half an hour.
