A delicious, flavorful and simple dish from the Moldovan cuisine. Beans are a side dish, an appetizer, and a main dish. It is good in warm and cold form.
Prepare the ingredients for the beans. Cook the beans until soft. You can even digest it, so that it is as soft and tender as possible.
Thinly slice the onion and fry until golden brown.
Drain the beans. A little water in which it was cooked to leave, if suddenly the bean is too thick, you will have to add it.
When the beans are slightly cooled, add the garlic, pepper and punch with a blender until smooth.
If it is too thick, then add the water in which it was cooked. Add salt to taste. I add another pinch of sugar.
We collect the dish. In a deep bowl, spread a layer of bean puree.
Then a layer of fried onions.
Then again, a layer of bean puree and again fried onions. We make layers until the mashed potatoes and onions are finished. Drizzle with olive oil and you can serve the beans on the table.
Beans are good both in warm and cold form. Very tasty!
