- Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, onion into quarter rings, and finely chop the garlic and herbs. In a frying pan, heat the oil, then cook the onion until translucent, add the garlic, put the tomatoes in 1-2 minutes and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Add the spices and herbs and warm for another 1-2 minutes. The gravy is ready.
