- 4 pieces Celery root
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 handful Walnuts
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 5 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 2 tablepsoons Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
- Allspice to taste
- Broccoli

Instructions
- Cook the broccoli until half cooked in salted boiling water. Strain and rinse with cold water to keep the bright green color. In a large salad bowl, combine all the ingredients of the sauce-stir until a thick and velvety mass is obtained. Add the pepper, crushed garlic, sliced celery and cold broccoli. Mix and sprinkle with nuts.
