To say that it is delicious, nothing to say! This is MEGA-CHOCOLATE! In addition to the fact that the dough itself is made of chocolate without adding flour, we also add 3 types of chocolate (dark, milk and white) pieces. These additional chocolate inclusions and coarse salt help to give a special, unique touch to the dessert!
Milk, dark and white chocolate (each take 30 g) cut into pieces.
Sift the cocoa powder very carefully and add salt.
In a water bath or microwave, melt 120 g of dark chocolate with butter.
Lightly beat the eggs with sugar.
Using a silicone spatula, we mix the egg mixture into the chocolate one. Then add the cocoa and salt and mix thoroughly. At the end, we mix the chopped pieces of chocolate.
Spread the dough in the form. You can bake either in separate molds (like mine), or in one form (size 13 by 13 cm).
If done in a large form, bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 30-35 minutes until light setting, if small-20-25 minutes. Allow to cool first at room temperature, and then put in the refrigerator until stabilization.
