Brownies "Three Chocolate" Recipe
To say that it is delicious, nothing to say! This is MEGA-CHOCOLATE! In addition to the fact that the dough itself is made of chocolate without adding flour, we also add 3 types of chocolate (dark, milk and white) pieces. These additional chocolate inclusions and coarse salt help to give a special, unique touch to the dessert!

Ingredients
- 150 gram Dark chocolate 60-70 %
- 60 gram Butter
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 180 gram Sugar
- 30 gram Cocoa powder
- 1/3 teaspoon Salt large
- 30 gram Milk chocolate / Chocolate 40 %
- 30 gram White chocolate
Instructions
- Milk, dark and white chocolate (each take 30 g) cut into pieces.
- Sift the cocoa powder very carefully and add salt.
- In a water bath or microwave, melt 120 g of dark chocolate with butter.
- Lightly beat the eggs with sugar.
- Using a silicone spatula, we mix the egg mixture into the chocolate one. Then add the cocoa and salt and mix thoroughly. At the end, we mix the chopped pieces of chocolate.
- Spread the dough in the form. You can bake either in separate molds (like mine), or in one form (size 13 by 13 cm).
- If done in a large form, bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 30-35 minutes until light setting, if small-20-25 minutes. Allow to cool first at room temperature, and then put in the refrigerator until stabilization.
