Cheese and Zucchini Sticks Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-prepare snack, and, importantly, the chopsticks are baked, not fried. My household snatched out more hot sticks from under their hands, while I was taking pictures, there was nothing left.

  1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add 1 tsp of salt and leave for 20 minutes to give the juice.

Bake at 180-200*C for 20-25 minutes (see readiness for browning the bottom of the dough), then remove the baking sheet from the oven, sprinkle the dough with grated cheese and put it back in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts. Cut the finished appetizer into chopsticks and serve with your favorite sauce. I have a home-made adzhika.
