- 200 gram Chicken fillet
- 200 gram Pearl barley
- 400 gram Zucchini
- 4 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Curry
- 1 teaspoon Basil (dried)
- 100 ml Water
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- After boiling the liquid from the chicken (after about 25-30 minutes), add the sliced zucchini, dried Basil (1-2 tsp to taste) and salt (about 1/3 tsp) and mix. If there is a lot of water left in the chicken, drain the excess water BEFORE adding the zucchini, as the zucchini will still give off the liquid. Simmer under the lid for 5-7 minutes, until the zucchini is slightly softened (should be al dente).
