The cooking process is very simple.
In a bowl, mix 100 ml of olive oil, 100 ml of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of honey, 3 tablespoons of mustard, crushed garlic, sweet paprika, salt and ground pepper.
Put the shins there, mix well, it is convenient to do it just with your hands.
Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
In a bowl, mix both types of sesame seeds.
Take one leg and sprinkle on top of all sides with sesame seeds.
Spread the legs on a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 45-50 minutes. Focus on your oven!
For garnish, my cherry tomatoes, onions cut into large enough cubes, dried tomatoes cut in half.
In a bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and a little oil that the sun-dried tomatoes were in. Salt and pepper.
Heat a large frying pan and put the vegetable mixture there.
Fry on high heat for 10-15 minutes, until the onions are soft and the vegetables are caramelized.
