- 50 gram Flour

- Roll the fillet pieces in flour, dip them in egg and roll them in ground almonds and cheese. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat over medium heat, turning it over constantly. Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Then transfer the chicken nuggets to a platter and serve with your favorite sauce.
