Boiled chicken fillet cut into medium cubes. Grate the cheese. Cut one ripe tomato into cubes. A small bunch of parsley finely cut. Cut the onion into a small cube. Fresh mushrooms cut into small pieces. In a small amount of oil, fry the onion until light golden, then add the chopped mushrooms and fry until all the moisture evaporates.
In a deep bowl, combine all the chopped ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste, season with a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Spread the salad on a plate and decorate with a leaf of parsley.
